In collaboration with Gharieni and the Welnamis massage bed, we conducted a scientific health study at our hotel. Over the course of 8 weeks, we successfully demonstrated the improvement of stress levels and the condition of the autonomic nervous system in participants, using heart rate variability measurement as a key indicator.
